Excellent customer care! On May 11th I reserved our taxi for a trip to San Jose International on May 27th for the marriage of our youngest boy. Yes, I have recieved the e-mail confirming my order and the number. They were already calling my man when they were already running out of time, and the guy at the other end of the phone had no clue what we were up to.

That' why Uber does more work than Yellow Taxi. Uber was reached, and they took us to the plane just in case. Good thing I took my sweetheart' plenty of for that. So when I phoned to ask, the man who replied said he would be there in three mins.

3 mins later, still nothing. and he said five more moments. Thank you not only for bringing me to my interviews really late, but also for the awful support. I was a little worried when the set amount of my free taxi ride arrived. And so I phoned....

And I said, "Hello, I just wanted to see when it was going to be here, I got a taxi to the airports. And when I returned, they wouldn't pick up the phone. You never phoned to make any other arrangement. Yellow cabin used many more times to drive to the Santa Clara tjc airfield and they were always on schedule.

It was our chauffeur and he's a really good fellow. I' ve used YT a few occasions to drive to SFO International and he' s always on schedule and a really good fellow. On calling to call the taxi, the lady on the phone didn't pay any heed to where I said I was.

Soon the taxi was sent to the wrong place and came to pick me up 20 mins later when she said it would lead him to call and find out where I actually was. I will never use this facility again, no wonder that Uber and Lyft take over! The taxi 12 hrs in advance booking, was a no-show, then when I recalled, they didn't have my adress.....

It' not the big yellow cab comany ! My taxi chauffeur Kyle was superb. It took me extremely quickly and punctually to the international destination of Sofiajc. I' ll always use him as my chauffeur. Kirle thanks you for your outstanding servic. I made a call for a cab. The dispatcher said it would be 15 mins; showed up in 10 mins.

I made it through the air and at my preferred carrier in no small amount of haste. My JT rider, was very sympathetic and multilingual. I' m definitely gonna use this taxi thing in the city next year. J.T., our taxi chauffeur, was really kind. An amiable taxi rider makes the journey much more pleasant.

Polled and scheduled pick-up. The driver got there quickly, a little early, just as we were leaving the cottage. Our arrival was on schedule and without much effort. Simple to pay by car and a pleasant chat on the way in a tidy taxi. They' always on schedule, and if they're more than five minute too early, they'll call and tell us they're getting jammed or something.

I' m upgrading my rating cuz I have used this facility again and they were really cute. You' ve done one of my trips and you've been on schedule. The WTF is off with this taxi ride. I' m living like 6 mins away (really that close). Well, I phoned the firm the night before to arrange a pickup at 515 in the morning.

Got a call from the guy who's asking if he can come get me early. I slept and planned to get up in another 15-minute time. Fearing that he would walk or let go of the counter, I took the trip and didn't tip him.

ASHAMED FOR YOUR YELLOW TAXI! I' ve been lucky to have JT as my chauffeur. With a very enterprising attitude to his work, he knows that professionality and client care are always appreciated. So I took his map and phoned him on my second journey to SJC. So he reacted promptly and took me quickly and securely to the terminal, a not self-evident combo.

Eighteen and a half hour earlier, I was booking a taxi to the city. Drivers were too slow and I skipped my plane. I have to re-book a later plane for which I have to transfer 125 dollars and spend 7 hrs on a central sitting area. We strongly suggest this taxi be used.

I have never used a locale taxi before I so accidentally chose one on-line. He just took about ten mins to find us. The driver was extremly courteous, was driving very safely and the vehicle was really neat.
