Airplane Ticket to Alaska

Ticket shall be used in a way that leads to advertising for Alaska Airlines. Ticket must be used to promote the objectives of the University of Alaska Anchorage and for promotional and fund-raising use. Not more than two ticket coupons will be issued for a single work.

Coupons are good for system-wide travels with a round bus with the numbers 1-999 and 2000-2999 only with Alaska Airlines. It is not permitted to extend a ticket on an extra route after the voucher for a short journey has been used. Alaska Airlines does not take into account changes in itineraries. Priority is given to programmes that have not already been assigned.

Recipients of a gift certificate must redeem it in accordance with the regulations or return it to the University Fund. In case of loss the coupon will not be issued again. Coupons are only issued after the name, postal code and national insurance number of the person travelling have been received.

Recipients who receive a ticket as a direct product of a raffle or other award will receive a 1099 from the University of Alaska Foundation, which may have fiscal implications for the receiver. Enquiries for trips outside the conferencing period will probably not be considered. Ticket must be bought by 7 October, for trips from 12 October to 15 May 2019! Bookings must be made and bought at least 14 business days prior to the date of booking. Make early bookings for the best choice of flight and day. The ticket price cannot be refunded and is only available for the public line rental only.

Places are restricted and may not be available on all departures or on all dates. Route changes are permitted, but are incurring a $100.00 per person charge. Any possible rise in the ticket price to an advertising-free ticket price may also be invoiced. Checked baggage is checked at the rates applicable. Tariffs are quoted in US Dollar and are changeable without prior notification and other limitations may be applicable.
