Transfers on the beach - FAQ's

Where is the distinction between the kinds of transfers you have? How do I use the money order? Is there anything that I might want to add to one of the transfers / cabs? What is the duration of my bank wire? Is there gonna be a salesman meeting us? If I can't find my agent / shuttle, what happens?

But what happens if my one-way trip is overdue? If my return trip to the UK is postponed, what happens? I' m coming on a late afternoon plane, how do I get to my transfers? How about the booking for kids? Are you offering transfers for disabled people? Is it possible to modify my transfers after booking?

Is it possible to modify the name of the persons traveling on my booking? Is it possible to include one or more passengers in my booking? Is it possible to modify the date of my booking? If I have to reverse my booking, what should I do? Where is the distinction between the kinds of transfers you have? The number of persons you can reserve for a shuttleshuttle is not limited; our prices are always shown per passenger.

Car sizes and transfers vary depending on the number of returns and are entirely dependant on the number of persons who arrive at a similar date as you and go to the same place or area. Waiting times at most locations do not exceed 45 minutes until the shuttles leave the terminal, but this may be longer at the busiest and most frequented airfields in high seasons.

But what happens if my one-way trip is overdue? Where possible, we check flights' arrivals schedules for late arrivals. Once you have reserved a shuttles you will be assigned to the next free departures with free places. If my return trip to the UK is postponed, what happens? In case of a late return we will collect you as planned and take you to the destination where you will have to await your return trip.

Sorry, we cannot postpone your repatriation if your plane is delayed. I' m coming on a late afternoon plane, how do I get to my transfers? For example, many Greek island aerodromes offer many more departures from the UK at nights than during the day.

There are no extra costs for prams and folding chairs or for small sporting goods such as racquets. How about the booking for kids? Every child, even small ones, must be reserved as a travel er, as according to current law they must have their own seating.

Are you offering transfers for disabled people? Is it possible to modify my transfers after booking? It is possible to modify the data of your booking on-line by going through the client log-in up to 5 workingdays before your depart. On The Beach Transfers requires your On The Beach Transfers credential number, last name and date of your trip.

Is it possible to modify the name of the persons traveling on my booking? Transfers are made in the name of the leading traveller only. Because we do not need the name of all our travelers at the time of booking, we do not need to be notified of a changed name unless the leading designated traveler changes.

Is it possible to include one or more travellers in my booking? It is not possible to include travellers in an already booked booking. However, please be aware that if you have purchased a taxitransfer, provided that the supplemental ticket fits into the taxi's reservation, as described on your documentation, you may be transported. If you wish to include a traveller in a booking, please make a new booking for these travellers.

Please note that these additional travelers may not be allowed to use the same vehicles as the travelers of the initial booking at the times of this new booking, subject to shuttle utilization. Is it possible to modify the date of my booking? It is possible to modify the data of your booking on-line by going through the client log-in up to 5 working days before your depart.

On The Beach Transfers requires your On The Beach Transfers credential number, last name and date of your trip. Changes to your booking can be made up to 5 working days before your arrival. Note that change fees are usually charged by booking changes agents, and these fees are shared with you.
