It is only possible for clients with an issue of a valid Electronic Mail Order ticketing and a reservation made at least 24hrs in advance to modify their itinerary. Victoria or Company Miles&Cash and MilesOnly travellers, as well as those with airline ticketing, agency ticketing and promotion ticketing, can only see their bookings. You can only modify flight and data, not route.

Changes are only permitted that affect all travelers on a reservation. It is not possible to change certain ancillary support activities. This includes transporting unsupervised children, sporting goods, bikes, additional luggage, snacks, fast track, lounge, pet transportation in the cab or cargo compartment, health cases and carrying firearms.

For flights arriving within 48hrs, please call our reservation office at 651-905-2737. Please note: You will not get an e-mail reply after your journey. Many of your queries have been answered in the Frequently Asked Questions area. It is also possible to update your reservation on-line by registering with My Itineraries.
