. wife at the end of the telephone is impolite and she is every single case, so that's no resentment.... and you can't even order a cab... she can't be disturbed... so order with someone else.

If you can get past their cabmen, it seems okay, but make sure they don't take you the long way home! It used to be a good business, but now it seems to have unbelievably impolite controller. The other day, two nights ago, when we were calling a cab as fast as we could.

So we went out to check on him and got the text saying that the cab was outside. When he rang from three telephones for 15 min, a man control the telephone and said it took us too long to get our cab out. And when I tell him we were outside and it never showed, he accuses me of having lied.

When I asked him if there was another cab, he said "not for you" pretty shamefully. When I asked to talk to a management, I was ridiculed for not having one. Then the man said if I wanted to be mean and complaining about him, I should just call a better cab company and hang up!

I' ve been using these taxis for 7 years and am very mad at the last times I posted this January 2015. Rudest lady on the telephone made this firm lose a faithful customer. As the first auditor, I had used this for many years, but last year or so they became highly untrustworthy.

I' m a first name driver with many of the riders and have always found them kind and courteous. They' re impolite, often agressive. If you are polite enough to challenge the amount of times a cab takes (the default is often 1 hr in a hostile tone), the screamed misuse is now the rule.

Yesterday evening I was warned that they were too preoccupied to hear me out. Twice I was said that and twice truncated in the middle of the phrase when I asked about the complaint process. I' ll never use this shameful ministry again. It' s a shame in view of the pleasant contrasting riders who let me know that it really is the controller that presents the issue.

I used to use this company all the way until one night I called a cab and was hit with the rudest lady at the end of the telephone. It'?s just terrible after sales services. As I was leaning back to file a grievance and talk to a business executive, I was informed that I would not be there until Monday mornings ( Friday mornings).

The man at the other end of the telephone was all right at first, as soon as I made my complaints, he apologised in the most dishonest way, said how preoccupied they were with the telephones always rings, and then said something like "it's because of guys like you calling that these things are happening, and then keep us back".

Quite good, punctual, contemporary, neat cab and a courteous chauffeur... would use again if I had to. Ranked high on my cell phone and they came within ten amazing minute. You have been invited to comment. Notice that it can take up to 15 min. for your rating to be complete.
