ANA treats changes in reservations and reimbursements after ticket purchases as follows. Ticket purchases made through the ANA website may be modified or reimbursed through the ANA website. Modifications are possible for those ticket purchases made with tariffs for which this is allowed. Certain tariff regulations may not allow changes to reservations, or processing charges may be incurred.

Any changes will be reviewed after your booking and ticket information have been verified. If your booking changes, you will be notified if there are any price, duty or charge discrepancies, or if processing charges are applicable. For changes to the time of use (e.g. chargeable entrance to the lounge), please refer to the corresponding information page.

In case of changes on the ANA website, the exchange/reissue costs are not applicable. There are no processing charges if there are no price differentials, taxes or other charges and if no changes to the itinerary have been made. A conversion/reissuance performance cost will be payable if the term of the conversion/return performance is prolonged.

Reimbursements made outside Japan may be made by cheque. Reimbursement will be made in the country of residence and in the country code applicable. Reimbursement claims will be processed within one year and 30 workingdays after the respective EMD issue date, providing the required information. Prior to first flight: The reimbursement will be made by deducting the applicable processing fee from the full amount (including taxes/fees).

Reimbursement will be made by deducting from the overall amount processing charges, tariffs for occupied sections and taxes/fees for unoccupied sections. Some tariffs may not allow reimbursement. In the event of a reimbursement claim following a change to the booking, the most stringent tariff regulations under the amended tariffs will govern.

Once cancellations fees have been determined, the amount reimbursed will be deducted by deducting the specified fees from the amount made.
