Probably London is the most famous town in England, if not in Great Britain, and for good reasons. And there are many sport stadiums, numerous arts galeries and museas. There is also a wide selection of dining and many park like the famous Hyde Park. England has more to offer than London.

You can also find historical towns like Bath and York, sights like Stonehenge, Hadrian's Wall and The Giant's Causeway and scenery like the breathtaking Lake District, Yorkshire Moors and the lovely coasts of Devon and Cornwall. In Scotland it is above England and although from a technical point of view it is part of the United Kingdom, it seems as if you are in a very different state.

You will also find many Scots Pride and Entertainment venues such as Hogmanay, the Edinburgh Film Festival, T in the Park and Burns Night. Scots are proud of their whiskey and you will find many stills to select from. And Scotland is also the home of the deep-fried Mars Bars, and many chipies will be delighted to offer you one with their local seafood and crisps.

Wales, a town with gentle hilly countryside, steep valley and rich historical heritage, is in the western United Kingdom. Southeast Wales is the most urbanized, with the main town Cardiff and also Swansea. There are many sports and culture attractions in Cardiff, with the Millennium Stadium in the heart of the downtown area playing numerous games of local sports such as footballs and soccer.

There is also a lot of nice architectural work in the town and some great new development such as the Cardiff Bay Area and St David's St. David's Mall. Welsh is also famous for its famous pork breast, with a feast of fried pork, which is a must on every trip. Wales is home to the Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia, the former a lovely nature reserve and the latter the biggest hill in Wales.

In contrast to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland has chosen to stay part of the United Kingdom and is known for its breathtaking countryside and landscape. It is the most populated town in Ireland and the second biggest town. Situated at the estuary of River Lagan on Belfast Lough within County Antrim, Belfast itself is in a state of continual development, with pubs, eateries, shops as well as hotel accommodation appearing throughout the town.

Featuring a selection of edwardian and viktorian architectural styles, you can walk the street with a single lens and find lots to enjoy. Glasgow is less frequented than Dublin in the Republic of Ireland and provides a calmer but just as nice view of the past with many indications of what will happen in the near term.

Antrim is also home to the north coast, where the legendary Giant's Causeway is located, a must on any outing. The counties of Armagh, County Derry, County Down, County Fermanagh and County Tyrone are also home to Northern Ireland, all of which offer excellent scenery. Derry County is also home to the Londonderry Municipality, which is very much loved, while County Down has the beautiful college township of Bangor.
