Project Charter is a central document that defines the basic information about a project and is used for authorization. From 2006 [update], ACCA's aim is to become the world's biggest trade association. 2001: ACCA receives Queen's Award for Enterprises in International Trade in recognition of ACCA's growing business and mission in 160 nations around the world. Within 12 month ACCA won its second Queen's Award for Enterprises in the Sustainable Development section. As of August 1, 2009, ACCA members may offer 1588 Approved Bodies under the Inheritance Ordinance 2009 Number.

It is the first audit panel to issue an integral audit opinion. 600,000 members of Association of CACA and 600,000 international enrolments. At the University of London (UCL), M. Sc. in Professional Accounting is introduced by Academic Committee of Professional Accountants (ACCA). At the ACCA we offer the following certifications: The auditor is the primary qualifier of the employers' liability insurance association. After completing up to 13 vocational tests, three years of accounting supervision and a vocational ethical training course, a person can become an auditor. ACCA' vocational audits are available four time a year globally, in March, June, September and December as paper-based audits.

Computer-assisted examinations are also available for the first four examinations (AB, MA, FA & LW), which can be taken year-round in ACCA-licensed examination centers. Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Accounting (after completion of the examination fundamentals, the Business Code of Conduct course and submission of a research and analysis project) is provided in collaboration with Oxford Brookes University.

There are three parts to the qualifications. Accountant in the commercial sector, MA Management Accounting and FA Financial Accounting. Applied Skills comprises 6 exams: LW Corporate and Business Law, PM Performance Management, TX Taxation, FR Financial Reporting, AA Audit and Assurance and FM Financial Management. There are 5 exams at the Academic Levels (from September 2018 it will be changed to 4)[4] Within the Academic Levels, three documents are mandatory:

Advanced P4 Advanced Financials Manager, P5 Advanced Performance Manager, P6 Advanced Assessment, P6 Advanced Taxation and P7 Advanced Assessment andurance. ACCA Full Professionals qualifications are considered by UK NARIC and the Department of Education to be the equivalents of a UK Master's level academic education. Topics covered range from finance bookkeeping, corporate finance, tax, management accountancy, finance reports, corporate finance, auditing and insurance to finance administration.

There are a number of certifications and degrees offered by ACCA at TRF levels - summarized as Foundations in Accountancy - that offer an introduction for anyone new to accountancy and financial management who does not satisfy the required ACCA qualification thresholds (three Global Credit Covers and two A-level or equal, in five different subjects).

However, it is advisable that non academics begin with the Certificate of Introduction to Financial and Operational Accounting and the FA1 final examinations, Financial Transaction and MA1 Entry, Management Information, then the Intermediate Certificate in Financial and Operational Accounting and the FA2 final examinations, Financial Accounting and MA2 Maintenance, Cost and Finance Administration, before moving on to the Diploma in Accounting and Business Administration and graduating with the FAB, Auditor, FMA, Accounting and FFA Financial Accounting.

Pupils can use Foundation-level recognition as a gateway to ACCA qualification. Graduates in Accounting and Business Administration are exempted from the first three ACCA qualification examinations (F1, F2 and F3) and can begin their ACCA qualification course with paper F4, corporate and commercial law.

At the Foundation eligibility levels, Foundation-level examinations are available as paper-based examinations in June and December, or as on-demand computer-based examinations throughout the year at ACCA Licensed Examination Centers. Further qualification is offered by the ACCA: ACCA-X[ 8 ] are on-line training programs designed by ACCA for those beginning their study of accounting and economics. Lessons are facilitated by on-line trainers with hands-on learning tools that enable learner to acquire finance competence.

The examination consists of these three components and the conclusion of the ACCA Professionalism and Ethics leads to a diploma in Accounting and Business. Applicants must be registered as students in order to qualify for the Professional Scheme. Dear members of ACCA use the FCCA designation letter instead of ACCA. ACCA or Chartered Certified Accountant qualifications are fully recognized in both the United Kingdom and Ireland.

According to its statutes, ACCA operates in the general interest. The ACCA is a professional organisation under the Financial Services and Markets Act, designed to promote and promote commercialisation. The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and Certified Management Accountants in Canada (CMA Canada) announce a common Chartered Professional Accountant or Certified Management Accountants (CPA Designation) certification, but it is unclear whether this will affect ACCA's Ontario request for accreditation.

ACCA members may obtain the appropriate degree of Institute of Public Accountants member, provided they have passed the examinations in Australia taxation and legal matters. ACCA members can have access to the ICAA CA programme on the same footing.

On 27 June 2016, ACCA, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and CA ANZ, the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, launched a local and global value-added strategy alliance: Australian and New Zealand ACCA members will be encouraged to request CA affiliation and CA ANZ members will be encouraged to request ACCA affiliation provided they meet the other institution's admission requirements.

The ACCA has a salesman in Auckland and conducts his tests there. The New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants has deleted some exceptions following the renegotiation of a Reciprocal Approval Treaty in December 2010 with various financial reporting authorities, among them notably Common Public Accountants in Financial Services (CIPFA) and Common Public Accountants in Australia (CPA Australia). On 24 November 2016 ACCA was granted full and unrestricted Accreditation by the Public Accountants' and Auditors' Board (PAAB) as a Namibian Association on 24 November 2016.

It is a legal entity set up to monitor the professional status and keep a record of those authorised to work or practice as certified or chartered accounting firms in Namibia. While ACCA has no arrangement with an accounting authority in South Africa, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, ICA in Scotland, ICA in Ireland have arrangements with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Please note that ACCA has no arrangement with an accounting authority in South Africa.

Zimbabwe is one of the founding organs of the Board of Directors of Public Accountsants and Auditors of Zimbabwe (PAAB). Founded in 1996, Payab is a professional supervisory organisation which maintains a registry of individuals authorised to work or practice as chartered or certified audit practitioners in Zimbabwe. ACCA members with a good reputation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe can be registered as certified inspectors only.

ACCA' is currently used by the NAIs with the relations in the JSF: Government of Ghana (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana) ; Ägypten (The Egypttian Society of Accountants & Auditors) ; Äthiopien (The Ethiopian Professional Association of Accountants and Auditors) ; Lesotho (Lesotho Institute of Accountants) ; Malawi (Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi) ;

The National Equivalence Council of Mauritius ; Sierra Leone (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sierra Leone) ; Swaziland (Swaziland Institute of Accountants) ; Sambia (Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants) ; Tanzanie (National Board of Accountants and Auditors). ACCA joined China in the end of the 80s and has quickly expanded its China basis in recent years.

The company has signed arrangements with 83 universities in China, many of which are leaders in financial and accountancy matters and have an outstanding reputation in a broader spectrum of fields. This old arrangement was repealed on 30 June 2005 and forced the ACCA members to agree to the so-called "8 Fair Clauses", e.g. to have a HKICPA accredited diploma, to work under HKICPA authorized employer, to participate in HKICPA workshop and to successfully complete the HKICPA FPE, etc.

Notwithstanding this, HKICPA members may participate in ACCA without further requirements. Hong Kong's labour force accepts the ACCA qualifications well. The majority of HKICPA members qualify through a program with the Hong Kong Society of Accountants (HKSA), which has been in existence for more than 20 years. ACCA is currently recognized by the Macao Society of Certified Practising Accountants (Local Statutory Accountancy Bodies) in Macao as having a legal relationship with the Community.

Pursuant to Regulations 6(iii) & 9 of the Accounting Audit issued by the Taiwanese Governement, ACCA members have the right to obtain a higher qualification in the audits in order to become a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan. ACCA and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) on 13 August 2007 agreed to sign an MRA providing a way for members to join the other organ.

ACCA or Chartered Certified Accountant qualifications are recognized by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants or MIA. In Malaysia, only MIA members are qualified as bookkeepers under the Accountsants Act, 1967. The ACCA is legally recognized in Part II of the first list of the Accounting Act, 1967. Pakistan's ACCA qualifications give it the title Qualified Company Secretary.

The ACCA and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan are offering mutual acceptance in part. The ACCA in Pakistan has seen enormous expansion since 2007, with tens of millions of students registering for ACCA programmes each year. ACCA programmes are offered by locals and institutions of higher education in all larger towns. ACCA is currently used by domestic financial reporting institutions with common system relationships:

Viet Nam (Finanzministerium der Sozialistischen Republik Vietnam) ; Brunei (Brunei Institute of Certified Public Accountants) ; Kambodscha (Ministry of Economy and Finance Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors) ; Laos (The Ministry of Finance of the Lao People's Democratic Republic). ACCA provides student and member members with privileged contact with other related experts through partnership with academic organizations.

The ACCA is one of three trade associations (others are the Charterholder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and MIPA/FIPA members of the Institute of Public Accountants) whose members are recognised by the Securities & Investments Institute (SII) as equal to full SII members ('MSI'). 38 ] MSIs are recognised by domestic umbrella organisations such as the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA)[39][40][unquoted] and the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI).

The ACCA and FINSIA have a distinct worldwide partner. According to the terms of the arrangement, members and members of the ACCA can achieve a higher rank in the institute exams. The Oxford Brookes University offers a honours degree in Applied Accounting and the on-line MBA. University of Cambridge ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages ) exams have reached an agreement to introduce the International Certificate in Financial English by Cambridge ICFE, a new test for Finance English.
